1). Mohnish Behl as a Dr Shashank Gupta
Dr. Shashank Gupta who is the return character of the Sanjivani. He is head of this Sanjivani hospital. And also father of the Ridhima and Anjali, in this show. He is really one of the most important character of Dil Mill Gayye.



2). Shilpa Anand or Sukirti Kandpal or Jennifer Winget as a Dr. Riddhima Gupta

At first this role is done by Shilpa Anand then after it's given to Sukriti Kandpal and now it's done by Jennifer Winget whose photos are as shown abow.
She is son of the Dr. Shashank Gupta who is the hospital head.She is 21 year old shy and quite one. She tends to be bossed around by her older sister and never says no to anything her sister says. She fall in love with Dr. Armaan Malik.

3). Karan Singh Grover as a Dr. Armaan Mallik
He is also one of the most important part of this show. He is 22 year old and represents the new age man. one who is self confident, efficient, cheeky,and occasionally even smug. His get change kind, caring, and loyal after love with Riddhima. He has recently lost his memory, indefinitely and has no memory of his relationship with Riddhima, for the past two years.

4). Sunaina Gulia as a Dr. Anjali Gupta
She is also 22, she's Shashank's older daughter . Extremely beautifull, she is quiet conscious of her looks, and her mind works more as a money making, selfish business woman than a kind, lovable and caring doctor.



5). Pankit Thakker as a Dr. Atul Joshi
Now comes one of the comedian of this tv show. he is the man who gives the role for laugh people. As he is also caring one. . He loves songs and later falls in love with Anjali.



6). Muskaan Mehani as a Dr. Sapna Shah
A Gujrati girl, whose mother is determined to get Sapna married and settled. She left the popular soap in late January , 2008.




7). Mayank Anand as a Dr. Rahul Garewal
He is a smart, once nerdy doctor. He joined the show later on in the show, he was in Armaans college, and was bullied by him.He and Muskaan love each other. As he is totaly like Armaan.

Nikita is the new, intern in Sanjeevani. She is Armaan's best friends from College. She falls in love with the new head of hospital Dr. Abhimanyu Modi.



10). Amit Tandon as a Dr. Abhimanyu Modi
Dr. Abhimanyu Modi is now in charge of Sanjeevani. He is strict and ruthless. He falls in love with Nikita.
