Warwick Mall Flood Videos and Pictures

On this Tuesday 30th March 2010, Rhode Island is suffering from big flood. By this flood many huge building got destroyed, from that one of the most known one Warwick Mall also got destroyed due to this horrible flood. It's been 2 to 3 feet under water since the flood started.

Tuesday afternoon, Pawtuxet River bursts its banks and began building leakage of water flooded the mall. Mall is open for 40 years without having any issues flood . Owners of shops inside the mall not expect in terms of damage of stores and building.

Insider retailers not prepared for this flood , so they could not save all the items. Guards been trapped inside this flood, but rescues workers saved them using boats.

"There is water throughout the mall, we have a great level of damage … All I know is it was a disaster. It’s very bad.", said by Mall owner Aram Garabedian to the Journal.

Rhode Island Emergency Management Agency's chief David Smith told , "We don’t want anybody to be caught in a situation where there is a flash flood or where it rises so quickly that they’re trapped in their property. It puts not only those families but the responders at risk to get them out of there,".

All USA been worried about this huge Warwick Mall of USA. It has the best in women, men & children fashions and full array of dining and entertainment choices at the Carousel Food Court, full-service restaurants and movie theaters.
